How we work

A small studio with strong opinions about how visual novels should be written, tested, and shipped.

Every scene starts as a conversation, not a cutscene.

We write full branching dialogue before a single background is painted. If a scene reads the same regardless of who you are by that point in the story, we cut it.

Atmosphere is a writing problem first.

Fog, rot, and candlelight only work if the prose earns them. Our artists paint after the writers have already made the world feel dangerous.

We test on readers, not on ourselves.

Every episode goes to a small group of players who tell us exactly where the pacing sags. We rewrite until nobody skips ahead.
